abstract The invention relates to the field of medicine and may be used in treatment and prophylaxis of female reproductive system diseases. A method for treating endometriosis and concomitant formation of adhesions consists in an oral administration of a drug comprising a complex of 3,3'-diindolylmethane with β-cyclodextrin at a dosage of 400-600 mg of 3,3'-diindolylmethane per day. Said ingredients are present in the following ratio, wt %: 3,3'-diindolylmethane 10-20, β-cyclodextrin 80-90. A tablet dosage form is preferred for administration of the drug. The use of the active substance 3,3'-diindolylmethane complexed with β-cyclodextrin makes it possible to increase the bioavailability of the active substance, hence to increase the treatment efficacy.
