| abstract | What is claimed is a drug based on 3,3'-diindolylmethane and β-cyclodextrin, wherein the ingredient ratio is as follows: 3,3'-diindolylmethane 10-20 wt %, β-cyclodextrin 80-90 wt %. The method for producing said drug consists in dissolving β-cyclodextrin in water to give a solution concentration of 10-25% based on dry β-cyclodextrin. 3,3'-diindolylmethane is added to the solution produced at the above-mentioned weight ratio. The solution is stirred, the resulting suspension is spray-dried using a gas at a temperature of 180°C, and the resulting dry product is sieved through a mesh to give a powder. A method for treating human papillomavirus (HPV)-associated cervical neoplasia consists in a single administration of a human papillomavirus vaccine to a female patient. The female patient is then subjected to a topical treatment using the drug comprising 3,3'-diindolylmethane complexed with β-cyclodextrin. The invention makes it possible to increase the solubility of the drug in water and the stability thereof, and to eliminate a burning sensation and discomfort during treatment. |
