abstract |
This heat conduction sheet comprises: a heat conduction sheet body used by being interposed between an electronic component and a heat dissipation body and containing a thermally conductive filter; a first adhesive layer arranged to be in contact with a first surface of the heat conduction sheet body; a second adhesive layer arranged to be in contact with a second surface of the heat conduction sheet body on the side reverse of the first surface; a first peeling film arranged to be in contact with the surface of the first adhesive layer that is reverse of the surface toward the heat conduction sheet body; and a second peeling film arranged to be in contact with the surface of the second adhesive layer that is reverse of the surface toward the heat conduction sheet body, wherein the adhesion of the second adhesive layer is lower than the adhesion of the first adhesive layer. |
