abstract Provided are a treatment device and a measurement system with which it is possible to easily and rapidly transport a sample container from a heating block to a cooling block. A treatment device according to the present disclosure comprises: a heating block that has a first accommodating part for accommodating a sample container containing a sample solution, and heats the sample solution in the sample container to a first temperature, said heating block having a first opening through which the sample container is conveyed, and which is formed on the side of the first accommodating part; a cooling block that has a second accommodating part for accommodating the sample container, and cools the sample solution in the sample container to a second temperature that is lower than the first temperature, said cooling block having a second opening through which the sample container is inserted, and which is formed on the side of the second accommodating part in a position opposite the first opening; and a transporting mechanism that has a pushing part for pushing the sample container, and transports the sample container from the first accommodating part to the second accommodating part through the first opening and the second opening by linearly moving the pushing part.
