titleOfInvention Pore device and particle measurement system
abstract A pore chip (600) is housed inside a chip case (500). The chip case (500) has a stacked structure including: an insulating film (550) having a first electrode (410) and a second electrode (420) formed upon the surface thereof; and a first layer (510) and a second layer (520) that sandwich the pore chip (600). The chip chase (500) has formed therein: a first flow path (560) that connects from a first space (512) to one end of the first electrode (410); and a second flow path (570) that connects from a second space (522) to one end of the second electrode (420). A contact section (414) of the first electrode (410) and a contact section (424) of the second electrode (420) are externally exposed.
