titleOfInvention Therapy device for irradiating a surface of tissue
abstract The invention relates to a therapy device for irradiating a surface (20) of tissue, which therapy device comprises at least two LEDs (22, 26) for outputting electromagnetic radiation of various wavelengths for various types of phototherapy, wherein the LEDs (22, 26) can be controlled separately in terms of power and irradiation duration and have an emission characteristic such that they can emit in simple-polygonal exposure fields (40, 50) in a laterally delimited manner, wherein the exposure fields (40, 50) on the surface (20) of the tissue oriented at a distance from the device form a common irradiation area (52) so that, in a seamless multiple arrangement of simple-polygonal exposure fields (40, 50), the surface (20) of the tissue within the common irradiation area (52) can also be irradiated with location-resolved radiation with a homogeneous power distribution, above a therapy threshold indicated for the first and/or simultaneously for the second type of phototherapy, wherein the electromagnetic radiation, at least outside the device (2) onto the surface (20) of the tissue, is emitted in a substantially parallel beam path.
