The present invention provides a method for multiple detection of a target nucleotide sequence based on a melting curve obtained by a dual-labeled oligonucleotide probe, and a detection kit therefor. According to the present invention, a dual-labeled oligonucleotide probe is used for melting curve analysis of a multiple PCR amplification product, and detection is performed by using a PCR amplification curve obtained by the dual-labeled oligonucleotide probe and using a melting curve of a double-stranded hybrid of a single-stranded nucleic acid product and the probe. |
