Provided is a three-dimensional culture (10) of immortalized skin cells, the culture being characterized by being a layered culture comprising a plate-shaped substrate (1) and immortalized skin cells (2) adhered to the surface of the plate-shaped substrate, and a superficial layer (3) thereof being constituted by a stratum corneum layer. The three-dimensional culture can be produced by inoculating an upper surface of a culture-broth-impregnable plate-shaped substrate with immortalized skin cells, and three-dimensionally culturing under stress on the superficial layer of an immortalized skin cell layer formed by the layering of the immortalized skin cells. The sensitizing properties of a test substance can be evaluated using this three-dimensional culture. |
