abstract |
The present invention relates to a high-damping and low-noise ABS composition, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a base ABS resin; 0-30 parts of a heat-resistant agent; 1-40 parts of flake graphite; 5-40 parts of a hindered phenol; 5-40 parts of a hindered amine; 0.1-1 part of an antioxidant; 0.1-1 part of a light stabilizer; and 0.5-2 parts of a lubricant. The preparation method for the composition is: weighing out the raw materials in proportion; mixing the weighed raw materials and putting the raw materials into a high-speed mixer to stir and uniformly mix the same to obtain a mixture; adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, to shear and plasticize the same to evenly mix the materials, followed by granulation to obtain the ABS composition. Compared with the prior art, the ABS composition has the advantages of good heat resistance, good damping, and a simple preparation process. |
