Disclosed in the present invention are a butenediol-based polyester elastomer and a preparation method. The butenediol-based polyester elastomer has a structure as shown in (I). The present invention selectively includes high-stability, double-bonded 1,4-butenediol-substituted itaconic acid, synthesizing a high-molecular weight, narrow-distribution butenediol-based polyester elastomer, having high relative molecular mass and a narrow relative molecular mass distribution, crosslinking being more controllable in subsequent processing, and vulcanizing agent use being equivalent to that of conventional rubber. |
