abstract | A flexible sensing system, comprising: a first thin film encapsulation layer (510) and a first electrode layer (520). The first electrode layer (520) is attached to the first thin film encapsulation layer (510); the first electrode layer (520) comprises bipolar electrodes (521), and a formed arc-shaped electric field is used for determining a distance between a target object within a first distance range and the sensing system; and the first electrode layer (520) further comprises a monopolar electrode (522), and a formed vertical electric field is used for determining a distance between a target object within a second distance range and the sensing system, the first distance range being less than the second distance range. The position of an object within the first distance range is determined by means of the bipolar electrodes (521), and the position of an object within the second distance range is determined by means of the monopolar electrode (522), so that different sensing solutions are used for objects at different distance positions, avoiding the problem of low sensing accuracy of a single sensing solution, and improving the sensing accuracy of a proximity sensor. Further provided are a proximity sensing method and apparatus, a smart robot, and a device. |
