abstract Disclosed are a touch display panel and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises: forming a first functional layer on a first substrate; forming a touch-sensitive layer on a first surface of a second substrate, and then forming a protective layer on the touch-sensitive layer; turning the second substrate over, and forming a second functional layer on a second surface of the second substrate; pairing and attaching a surface of the first substrate having the first functional layer and the second surface of the second substrate together, and forming a liquid crystal cell therein; and removing the protective layer from the second substrate.
