The isolated or purified Trichoderma antagonistic representative gene comprises the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ. ID NO. 1. The gene sequence-based Trichoderma antagonistic evaluation amplification primer comprises the forward amplification primer represented by SEQ. ID NO. 6 and the reverse amplification primer represented by SEQ. ID NO. 7. Also provided is a method for quickly evaluating the antagonism of Trichoderma using a genomic nucleic acid sequence. |
