abstract |
Disclosed is a module (10) that can be coupled to safety and/or relief valves, for measurement, transmission and recording of events, which comprises a rigid elongate element that is inextensible at room temperature and defines an acoustic emission waveguide (12) that transmits vibrations. An end (12a) of the waveguide (12) is in close contact with a portion (2) or (1) of a valve, and the other end (12b) penetrates a closed resistant box (10) where same sits in contact against at least one acoustic emission sensor (13) that receives a signal proportional to the vibrations transmitted by means of the waveguide (12). |
