titleOfInvention Guided valve suturing device and valve suturing system
abstract Provided are a guided valve suturing device (100) and valve suturing system (200), comprising a clamping apparatus (50) and a puncture needle (71); the clamping apparatus (50) comprises a distal-end clamp head (53), a proximal-end clamp head (51), a clamp head push rod (55), and a guide rod (58); the clamp head push rod (55) and the guide rod (58) are fixedly connected and are movably disposed passing through the proximal-end clamp head (51); at least one of the clamp head push rod (55) and the guide rod (58) is fixedly connected to the distal-end clamp head (53); the distal-end clamp head (53) is used for accommodating a suture (400); the puncture needle (71) is movably disposed passing through the proximal-end clamp head (51) and used for puncturing a valve and connecting a suture (400). The arrangement of the guide rod (58) can prevent the clamp head push rod (55) from rotating and ensure that the clamp head push rod (55) drives the distal-end clamp head (53) and the proximal-end clamp head (51) to move linearly during the process of opening and closing relative to one another, such that the relative position of the distal-end clamp head (53) and the proximal-end clamp head (51) does not shift and the outer peripheral edge can always be aligned, effectively holding the valve and ensuring that the suture (400) in the distal-end clamp head (53) and the puncture needle (71) are not misaligned and can be connected smoothly, enabling the suture (400) to be implanted into the valve.
