titleOfInvention Single-component non-flammable polyurethane fire protection paint and preparation method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to the technical field of paint, and specifically relates to a single-component, non-flammable polyurethane fire protection paint. The paint comprises the following components: dimethyl carbonate, tris(chloroisopropyl) phosphate, propylene glycol-based polyether polyol, glycerol-based polyether polyol, silicon micropowder and modified aromatic isocyanate. The preparation method is first performing high-temperature vacuum dewatering of the propylene glycol-based polyether polyol, glycerol-based polyether polyol, tris(chloroisopropyl) phosphate and silicon micropowder, then lowering the temperature and adding the modified aromatic isocyanate, heating until dissolved, adding an organic bismuth catalyst and the dimethyl carbonate and dissolving, then deaerating, obtaining a fire protection paint. The paint obtained in the present invention is non-flammable, and also has high tensile strength, high elongation at break, good tearing strength and low-temperature bending, is non-water-permeable, and has good adhesion.
