abstract | A preparation method for an omentum acellular matrix material and a cartilaginous tissue creation method. The preparation method comprises the steps: washing an omentum; performing freeze-thaw cycle processing, obtaining a first intermediate; placing the first intermediate in a solution containing trypsin and phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride and having a pH value of 7.8-8.2, and holding for a first preset time, obtaining a second intermediate; performing degreasing processing of the second intermediate, then washing, obtaining a third intermediate; placing the third intermediate in a solution containing trypsin and phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride and having a pH value of 7.8-8.2, and holding for a second preset time, obtaining a fourth intermediate; performing tissue decellularization processing of the fourth intermediate, then washing, obtaining a fifth intermediate; performing drying and sterilization processing of the fifth intermediate, obtaining an omentum acellular matrix material. The omentum acellular matrix material obtained by said preparation method is especially applicable to regenerative culture of cartilaginous tissue. |
