titleOfInvention | Valve sealing structure for reducing abrasion, and method therefor |
abstract | A valve sealing structure for reducing the abrasion, and a method therefor, relating to the field of valves. The sealing structure comprises: an upper loading sealing device, a lower loading sealing device, and a drive device. The upper loading sealing device matches the lower loading sealing device under the function of the drive device, so that when a valve rod moves, the loading device unloads a filler, which reduces the abrasion of the filler of the sealing devices, and prolongs the service life of the sealing devices. At the moment when a valve is about to be fully opened and is about to be closed, the filler is in a gradual loading state, and at the moment when the valve is fully opened and closed, the filler is in a fully loaded state, which achieves a good sealing effect. |
