abstract The present invention relates to a growth and osteogenic differentiation medium for the dental pulp mesenchymal stem cells, which comprises the ethanol extract of H. perforatum L. and induces the formation of the inflammation-resistant extracellular matrix, wherein it was observed that the capacity of the dental pulp MSCs to proliferate, form extracellular matrix and perform osteogenic increased selectively. It also improves the reduced osteogenic differentiation in the inflammatory environment.
