titleOfInvention Method for preparing spheroids having uniform size
abstract The present invention provides: a method for preparing spheroids using a liquid bath composition for hydrogel droplet dipping; and spheroids prepared thereby. The method for preparing spheroids of the present invention can be used to successfully achieve three-dimensional spherical spheroids, which are difficult to achieve on a flat substrate, and obtain spheroids having a uniform size. Thus, the method can be advantageously used in the field of cell cultures as a method for obtaining three-dimensional spherical spheroids having a uniform size.
