abstract | A particle counter according to the present embodiment comprises: a reservoir in which a working fluid is stored; a conditioner in which saturated vapor is formed and into which particles flow through one end thereof; a condenser in which supersaturated vapor is formed and which discharges, through one end thereof, droplets formed when the particles pass through the supersaturated vapor; a plurality of hydrophilic wicks formed at the wall surfaces of the reservoir, the condenser and the conditioner so as to transfer the working fluid stored in the reservoir; and a counter for counting the droplets. |
