abstract |
The present invention can provide: an optical film that can suppress black tinting in a frontal direction and a diagonal direction when used as a circularly polarizing plate in an organic EL display device; a circularly polarizing plate; and an organic EL display device. This optical film comprises a first optically anisotropic layer and a second optically anisotropic layer. At least one of the first optically anisotropic layer and the second optically anisotropic layer is a layer obtained by fixing a liquid crystal compound, and the average tilt angle of the liquid crystal compound is 2° or more. At least one of the first optically anisotropic layer and the second optically anisotropic layer is a layer obtained by fixing a liquid crystal compound twist-oriented with a thickness direction as a screw axis, and the twist angle of the twist-oriented liquid crystal compound is 10-180°. |
