titleOfInvention | Primer set and method for detecting target nucleic acid using same |
abstract | One or more embodiments of the present invention solve the problem that the reaction efficiency is lowered in a nucleic acid amplification reaction using a primer, said primer having a polynucleotide tag added thereto, to prepare a target nucleic acid amplification product which is detectable on a solid phase support. One or more embodiments of the present invention pertain to a primer set comprising: a first primer containing a first polynucleotide, which contains, at the 3'-end thereof, polynucleotide A hybridizable with a complementary strand of partial polynucleotide A' at the 5'-end of a target nucleic acid, and first polynucleotide tag which is a polynucleotide independent from nucleic acid amplification reaction; a second primer containing a second polynucleotide which contains, at the 3'-end thereof, polynucleotide B hybridizable with partial polynucleotide B' at the 3'-end of the target nucleic acid; and a third primer containing a third polynucleotide, which hybridizes with the complementary strand of the target nucleic acid competitively with polynucleotide A of the first primer, but containing no polynucleotide which is independent from the nucleic acid amplification reaction. |
