abstract The present invention relates to an external-bone-fixing system and device, characterised by coupling a plurality of percutaneous pins, such that same keeps several bone fragments in certain selected positions and orientations. The external-bone-fixing device and system is characterised by a plurality of flanges in selected positions and orientations, which, by means of the deformation of said flanges, allow a central body to couple a pair of percutaneous pins in parallel, perpendicularly and at angles selected between 0 and 90°.
