The method comprises: after crushing porous coral aggregate, soaking crushed porous coral aggregate in an enhancer A; exhausting air in pores by using ultrasonic vibration or a vacuum pump; taking out the coral aggregate and drying the coral aggregate in a drying oven; then soaking the coral aggregate in an enhancer B; taking out the coral aggregate and drying; repeating the process for multiple times; then, after mixing an enhancer C with water, wrapping the coral aggregate, and obtaining enhanced coral aggregate.
