abstract A microbial strain culture device, comprising a culture chamber body (1), a moving incubator (21), a fixed incubator (22), a protective cover (23), a second culture chamber (24), and a first culture chamber (25), the protective cover (23) being arranged at the top end of the culture chamber body (1), the first culture chamber (25) being arranged on one side of the interior of the culture chamber body (1), and the moving incubator (21) being arranged at the bottom end of the first culture chamber (25). Use is safe and convenient, and the microbial strains can be better protected by means of the dual protection of the incubators and the culture chambers; the temperature inside the incubators can be monitored at any time, avoiding the problem of the large-scale death of microbial strains due to being unable to know the frequency of changes to the internal temperature of the incubators in a timely manner; the growth of the microbial strains can be monitored in real time by means of a high-definition camera, pictures being collected to ensure the normal growth of the microbial strains; and the temperature can be made more uniform such that the precision of the culturing is higher and the culturing can better meet daily needs.
