The present invention relates to a hydrogenated petroleum resin and a rubber composition comprising same. The hydrogenated petroleum resin according to the present invention not only improves the viscoelastic properties of the rubber comprising same, but also has excellent compatibility with the rubber, thereby improving the overall physical properties of the rubber. Accordingly, a rubber molded article, such as a tire, manufactured from a rubber composition comprising the hydrogenated petroleum resin has improved grip strength (wet/dry) and lowers the increase in rolling resistance due to the improvement of the grip strength, thereby simultaneously satisfying two physical properties required for tires, the grip strength and rolling resistance, and thus, it is possible to manufacture fuel-efficient high-performance tires. |
