The present invention provides an amorphous lithium ion-conductive oxide powder which contains from 0.5% by mass to 6.5% by mass of lithium, more than 0% by mass but not more than 25.0% by mass of aluminum, more than 0% by mass but not more than 65.0% by mass of germanium, from 10% by mass to 30% by mass of phosphorus and more than 0% by mass but not more than 0.35% by mass of carbon, while having a specific surface area of from 15 m 2 /g to 100 m 2 /g as determined by a BET one point method. |
