titleOfInvention Molecular weight marker for electrophoresis, nucleic acid fractionation method and nucleic acid size analysis method
abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a molecular weight marker for electrophoresis that can be electrophoresed simultaneously with a sample in a single lane and enables accurate prediction of the electrophoretic position of the sample. For this purpose, the molecular weight marker for electrophoresis of the present disclosure is characterized by comprising a polymeric electrolyte that is negatively charged in an aqueous solution and does not serve as a template in a DNA polymerase reaction.
