abstract This combustion facility control device comprises a furnace main unit that demarcates a processing space, a grate for conveying incinerated matter in a conveyance direction in the processing space, and a wind box for supplying air to the processing space, wherein the combustion facility control device is provided with: an image acquisition unit for acquiring a processing image showing compartments that are the processing space partitioned along the conveyance direction; a point identification unit for identifying, on the basis of the processing image, a burnout point, which is the conveyance-direction rearward end of the flames from the combustion of the incinerated matter; a first speed computing unit for computing, on the basis of the burnout point, a first speed correction value, which is a value for correcting the grate speed in the compartments; and a speed control unit for controlling, on the basis of the first speed correction value, the grate speed in the compartments.
