The invention relates to the food industry, and particularly to the manufacture of a product that is of high nutritional and biological value and is intended for direct use in food. The technical result is that of providing maximum absorbability of a complete protein of animal origin having an increased level of polyunsaturated fatty acids, bioflavonoids, and immune factors that provide increased protective, antioxidant and microbiome-normalizing functions of the body, along with enhanced sorption of foreign compounds and excretion of same from the body. The dry protein mixture described according to the present invention contains dried goat's milk, dried mare's milk, dried camel's milk, dried vegetable fat, maltodextrin, dried buttermilk, citrus pectin, a vitamin and mineral premix, dry powdered shiitake mushrooms, fucoidan, resveratrol, dried lacto- and bifidobacteria strains, stevia, flavoring and soy protein isolate. |
