abstract The present invention relates to a bio-ink supply system and, more specifically, to a bio-ink supply system comprising: a hydrogel storage part; a cell storage part; a mixing part for receiving a hydrogel and a cell solution from the hydrogel storage part and the cell storage part; a sensor part for measuring the level of bio-ink inside a syringe; and a control unit, which receives a signal from the sensor part so as to keep the level of bio-ink inside the syringe constant, wherein the mixing part supplies, to the syringe, the bio-ink prepared by mixing the hydrogel and the cell solution. The bio-ink supply system of the present invention can continuously supply an active bio-ink to a syringe of a bioprinter even during 3D bioprinting, and thus can continuously print large-scale biotissue, a plurality of organoids, organs-on-a-chip and the like.
