abstract Provide is a poultice that does not readily peel away from skin. A poultice 1 comprises: a supporting backing material 2; an aqueous gel 3 layered on one face of the supporting backing material 2; and a peeling film 4 covering the aqueous gel 3. At least part of a peripheral edge of the backing material 2 is joined to the peeling film 4. In at least part of a joining portion 5 of the backing material 2 and the peeling film 4, the aqueous gel 3 gradually becomes smaller in thickness toward the joining portion 5 side.
