abstract Provided in the present invention are a new crystal form of Tropifexor and a preparation method therefor, which fall within the field of medicinal chemistry. The crystal form is crystal form I. The XRPD pattern of crystal form I includes characteristic peaks having the following 2θ (errors ± 0.2 degrees) values: 5.8, 6.7, 8.3, 10.5, 11.5, 13.0, 14.9, 15.6, 16.5, 20.5, 21.1, 24.8, 26.2 and 26.7 degrees. Crystal form I has good solubility and stability, is conducive to storage, transferring, and production process operations, and is suitable for being prepared into preparations.
