abstract The present invention provides a synthetic system and method for preparing hexamethylenediamine by adiponitrile hydrogenation. The synthetic system comprises an adiponitrile preparation device, a microinterface intensifier, a hydrogenation reactor and a rectifying column connected sequentially. Hydrogen is introduced into the microinterface intensifier, and the obtained adiponitrile is prepared by the adiponitrile preparation device. The synthetic system optimizes the reaction route, and improves the reaction separation efficiency and the mass transfer effect of reaction phase interface, thereby improving the quality and yield of product.
