titleOfInvention Glucose oxidase m5god, coding gene thereof and application thereof
abstract The present invention relates to the field of genetic engineering and fermentation engineering, and provided are glucose oxidase M5GOD, a coding gene thereof and an application thereof. Provided is an amino acid sequence, represented by SEQ ID NO. 2, of the glucose oxidase, and further provided is a nucleotide sequence, represented by SEQ ID NO. 4, of a coding gene that encodes the glucose oxidase. A recombinant vector and a recombinant strain containing the gene and an application thereof. The glucose oxidase has good properties, an optimum pH of 5.5, optimum temperature of 30°C and relatively good low-temperature adaptability. As an enzyme preparation, the glucose oxidase can be widely applied to the feed, food, and pharmaceutical industries, and so on.
