titleOfInvention | Injectable hydrogel composition capable of capturing endogenous progenitor cells or stem cells, and inducing vascular differentiation of captured cells |
abstract | The present invention relates to an injectable hydrogel composition capable of capturing endogenous progenitor cells or stem cells, and inducing vascular differentiation of the captured cells, and more particularly, to an injectable hydrogel composition capable of capturing endogenous progenitor cells or stem cells, and inducing vascular differentiation of the captured cells, wherein the injectable hydrogel composition is composed of a first solution including an anionic hyaluronic acid into which a vascular differentiation inducer has been introduced, and a second solution including a cationic biomaterial, and further includes a stem cell capture factor in the first solution and/or the second solution, and a hydrogel is formed through electrostatic attraction. In a hydrogel composition according to the present invention, a stem cell capture factor is released from an injected hydrogel, and endogenous progenitor cells/stem cells are captured by the hydrogel and differentiated into vascular cells by a vascular differentiation-inducing factor chemically introduced into the hyaluronic acid, and thus it was observed that the induction of blood vessel formation was promoted. In particular, it was observed that a high blood vessel formation induction effect was exhibited when the vascular differentiation-inducing factor was chemically introduced into the hyaluronic acid. Thus, the hydrogel composition according to the present invention has an excellent ability to capture endogenous progenitor cells/stem cells and induce vascular differentiation of the captured cells, and thus can be effectively applied to various tissue regeneration and wound treatments in addition to blood vessel formation. |
