abstract | The present invention provides an inkjet ink comprising 1,10-decanediol diacrylate (DDDA) in combination with at least one of lauryl acrylate and/or 2-(2-vinyloxy ethoxy)ethyl acrylate (VEEA), one or more photoinitiators and optionally a colourant, wherein DDDA is present in 10-45% by weight, based on the total weight of the ink. The inkjet ink of the present invention is suitable for food packaging. The present invention also provides a method of printing the inkjet ink of the present invention. |
