abstract | Disclosed is a method for increasing Bs of an MnZn power ferrite material by moving a valley point, belonging to the field of the preparation of MnZn power ferrite materials. The method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing Fe2O3, MnO and ZnO, and performing primary sanding; 2) adding a glue, performing spray granulation, and then performing pre-firing to obtain a pre-fired material; 3) adding an additive to the pre-fired material, and performing secondary sanding; and 4) adding a glue to the material which has undergone secondary sanding, performing spray granulation, pressing same into a standard ring, and then sintering same. By controlling the content of Fe2O3 and the content of Co2O3, a valley point is controlled and moved, thereby increasing the Bs of the material and reducing the loss of the material, thus solving the problem in the prior art of being unable to achieve the movement of a valley point, the reduction of loss and the increase in the Bs of a material at once. In addition, the method is simpler and easier, and suitable for industrialization. |
