titleOfInvention Wireless battery management system, wireless battery management method and electric vehicle
abstract A wireless battery management system according to the present invention comprises: a master for wirelessly transmitting a main command packet at every reference time; and a plurality of slaves. Each of the slaves wirelessly transmits a response packet including its own ID upon receiving the main command packet. The master classifies, into a first group, slaves each having been assigned an ID included in the respective response packet received within a threshold time from a time point when the main command packet is transmitted and classifies the remaining slaves into a second group. Each of the slaves resets time count of a watchdog timer, which is provided to itself, upon receiving the main command packet. Each of the slaves is reset by means of the watchdog timer when the time count of the watchdog timer reaches a time-out time which is equal to or shorter than the reference time.
