abstract | This sheet-shaped margarine includes 70–30% by weight of a fluid-state fat/oil composition and 30–70% by weight of powdered and/or particulate solids. The fats/oils as a whole contain 20–50% by weight of a fat/oil (A) and 15–70% by weight of a fat/oil (B); the total content of the fat/oil (A) and the fat/oil (B) is at least 50% by weight; the fluid-state fat/oil composition is formed by cooling and crystallizing a molten-state fat/oil composition and then raising the temperature of the composition by mixing and softening same to adjust viscosity to a specific level; a pillow pouch is filled with a mixture that includes the fluid-state fat/oil composition and the powdered and/or particulate solid and the opening of the pouch is closed; and the pouch is molded into a sheet shape and let stand. |
