abstract | The present application relates to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a method and apparatus for measuring state information of an intermediate object, for use in proposing a mode for accurately measuring the state information of an intermediate object. First, a first device sends a first message to a second device for indicating the second device to jump to different channels at different times to send wireless signals, wherein frequency bandwidth ranges of any two channels do not completely overlap, and the frequency bandwidth range of each channel is separately within a total frequency bandwidth range supported by the first device. Then, the first device separately receives wireless signals sent by the second device at different times on different channels, wherein the wireless signals reach the first device after being reflected by an intermediate object. Finally, the first device measures state information of the intermediate object according to physical features of the different wireless signals which are separately received. Measuring the state information of an intermediate object according to the physical features of wireless signals in a wide frequency bandwidth can better improve the measurement accuracy. |
