Provided are a molecule capable of binding to human 4-1BB, and an application of the molecule. Amino acid sequences of HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3 in a heavy chain variable region of a provided antibody are sequentially shown as positions 31-35, positions 50-64, and positions 98-106 from the N-terminus in SEQ ID NO: 1, and amino acid sequences of LCDR1, LCDR2, and LHCDR3 in a light chain variable region are sequentially shown as positions 24-34, positions 50-56, and positions 89-97 from the N-terminus in SEQ ID NO: 2. The provided antibody can bind to human and monkey 4-1BB, shows high affinity to human 4-1BB and effectively enhances a T cell response, and can be used for regulating T cell and antibody-mediated immune responses. As an immunoregulator, the antibody has a wide range of treatment uses, such as treatment of cancer, an autoimmune disease, an inflammatory disease, and an infectious disease. |
