titleOfInvention Lead ion nucleic acid aptamer, electrochemical sensor and preparation method
abstract Provided are a lead ion nucleic acid aptamer, an electrochemical sensor based on the lead ion nucleic acid aptamer, and a corresponding preparation method and use. The lead ion nucleic acid aptamer provided is a piece of single-stranded DNA with a length of 33-35 nt and which comprises the nucleic acid sequence CGGATCGGTATGGATGGTATT. A new lead ion detection method is provided for the field of on-site real-time rapid detection, which includes food safety.
