Photo-crosslinked hyaluronic acid sponge and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a photo-crosslinked hyaluronic acid sponge and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a photo-crosslinked hyaluronic acid sponge and a manufacturing method thereof, the sponge being capable of: being used on various parts of the body by virtue of having no stickiness and not dripping; helping tissue regeneration by virtue of having excellent moisture binding ability; being absorbed into the skin by virtue of having excellent biocompatibility when the sponge is attached to the body for a long time, thereby reducing the effort needed to remove the sponge; and being effectively utilized as a medical hemostatic agent, a wound coating agent, and an anti-adhesion agent in a porous form by virtue of the sponge comprising polymers of various lengths through a photo-crosslinking reaction. |
