abstract | Provided are a complete set of vectors for the co-expression of multiple genes and the use thereof in inducing the co-expression of multiple genes. The complete set of vectors comprise plasmids 1-3, wherein plasmids 1-3 contain different replicons, different resistance genes, regulatory genes for inducing the expression of foreign genes, and one or more foreign gene expression cassettes in tandem. The complete set of vectors can realize the timing and quantitative expression of multiple genes, and the pQlink tandem method is used to make multiple genes be in tandem on each plasmid, and each gene is thus controlled by an independent promoter and terminator, and same do not interfere with each other. |
