abstract Provided is a method for synthesizing lacto-N-biose, comprising, in a reaction system containing galactose, acetylglucosamine, and lactose as substrates, adding galactose kinase, lacto-N-biose phosphorylase to prepare lacto-N-biose, and then adding acetyl phosphate and acetate kinase to the reaction system to perform in situ regeneration of ATP, thereby improving the synthesis of lacto-N-biose and the utilization rate of the substrates.
