Provided is a method for continuously preparing an MAP penem intermediate. The continuous preparation method comprises: step S1, in a column-type continuous reactor, catalyzing a cyclization reaction of (R)-4-nitrobenzyl-2-diazo-4-[(2R,3S)-3- ((R)-1-hydroxyethyl)-azetidin-4-one-2-yl]-3 oxopentanoate using a supported rhodium catalyst to form a first intermediate, wherein the supported rhodium catalyst is loaded into the column-type continuous reactor and the supported rhodium catalyst has the following structural formula: (I); step S2, subjecting the first intermediate, diphenyl chlorophosphate and diisopropylethylamine to an esterification reaction in a second continuous reactor to obtain a product system containing an MAP penem intermediate; and step S3, subjecting the product system to a crystallization treatment to obtain the MAP penem intermediate. The column-type continuous reactor and the supported rhodium catalyst enable the cyclization reaction to be carried out efficiently at a lower temperature, thus reducing energy consumption. |
