titleOfInvention | Device for differential counting of microparticles in biological liquids |
abstract | The invention refers to a device for differential counting of biological cells, suspended in a liquid, which can be used as a fluorescent automated cell counting system and can be applied in the counting and differentiation of microparticles in biological liquids such as milk, blood, urine, including differentiation of cells of other particles, as well as of different types of cells in raw milk samples. The device consists of a housing, in which a lens is located below which a chip with microfluidic cameras is housed, in which a sample of biological liquid to be tested is placed, a CCD or a CMOS camera, a counting part and an axial displacement mechanism for the sample is positioned, at which an illuminator is directed to the sample and at least one liquid lens (7) is located in the lens (2). The chip (4) is executed as a CD-based chip, with a round shape, on which are formed microfluidic cameras (19), located on the periphery of the chip (4) connected to the motor (22), in which the illuminator (3) is at least one and is positioned at an angle, and the counting part is executed as a microprocessor (23), connected with generator (8), controlling the liquid lenses (7). |
