abstract | Provided is a particle measurement module that uses the Coulter method, is capable of discharging without a bubble remaining in a pore thereof, and thus is capable of quickly starting to measure the shapes, particle diameters, and particle diameter distribution of fine particles. In this particle measurement module 1, a first flow path 23 and a second flow path 73 that at least partially overlaps with the first flow path 23 are only in communication via a pore made in a pore chip, and at least one from among a bottom part 23bottom of the first flow path 23 and a ceiling part 73ceiling of the second flow path 73 is at least one dry processing unit selected from among a UV processing unit, excimer UV processing unit, corona discharge processing unit, plasma processing unit, electron beam processing unit, and gamma ray processing unit. |
